How it works
Each Sunday's count is one batch
- 1
Enter each envelope and the loose cash
Each gift is entered to its fund — General, Youth, Missions and so on.
- 2
Two people count and sign
Cash and cheques must equal the gifts entered before the batch can close.
- 3
Record the bank deposit
The deposit is recorded against the count, so nothing is left hanging.
- 4
Card, transfer and online gifts
These go straight on the household, no double entry.
