Giving stays private by design
Each role sees exactly what it needs — and no more. Every change is written to a tamper-evident audit trail.
| Role | Sees |
|---|---|
| Treasurer (Finance) | Every gift, funds, spending, reports and statements |
| Senior leadership | The same, plus every ministry's picture |
| Pastor | Giving totals only, never who gave what |
| Office | Offering entry by envelope number, not donor names |
| Admin | Setup, users and the audit trail |
